- How fast will my order be processed?
Orders placed on aeoutdoor.com are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes around 3-6 business days. A tracking number will be provided 1-2 days after your purchase.
- Can I sit in the furniture beforehand?
Unfortunately, we do not have a public showroom. We are an online business only but we make it a mission to provide the best customer service for any questions you may have.
- What if the furniture does not turn out to be what I was looking for?
While we do our best to photograph and describe each collection accurately, it may not be what you are picturing for your patio space. You can return your furniture per our Return & Refund Policy. We only ask that you return the set in its original boxes and pay for the shipping cost back to us.
- I received a damaged product, what do I do?
Just give us a call or send us an email and we will get you squared away as soon as possible! If you decide to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assess the situation.
- Do you guys sell replacement parts?
In certain cases, yes! Our furniture is packaged together so it would depend on our current inventory. Just give us a call or an email and we’ll see what we can do. Please be ready to provide your email, phone number, product and quantity of items to speed up the process.
- What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a three (3) year limited warranty on frames and Sunbrella fabric of all of our furniture. For Solar-Lit Acrylic Umbrella, we offer a 90 day limited warranty. More information on our Warranty can be found in Warranty.

- What are these black clips in the box?
These furniture clips snap to the frame underneath to hold the individual piece together to prevent from sliding all around your patio. They come in all sizes, depending on the set. Not sure how to use them? Check out our video below!
- My cushions are retaining water, what do I do?
When cushions are left out in rainy weather conditions for an extended amount of time, you may notice they are holding pounds of water inside. In most cases, you can turn the cushions on their side and wait a few days for them to fully drain and dry out. Sunbrella® cushions are made to protect against light rain but are not indestructible. We recommend bringing cushions inside or using patio covers during heavy rains. If you are concerned with the quality of your water-logged cushions after a few days of them drying out, please contact Sunbrella® directly.
- Can I order an extra set of cushions or additional pieces?
In certain cases, yes! Our furniture is packaged together so it would depend on our current inventory of loose products. Just give us a call or an email and we’ll see what we can do. Please include your email, phone number, product and quantity of items to speed up the process.
- Are funiture covers included?
No, we do recommend the coverstore.com however we are not affiliated.
- The set I want is sold out, is it coming back?
If the set you like is sold out, in most cases it will come back soon. Sets that are sold out currently will most likely be expected to arrive in the spring season.
- Can I customize fabrics & colors?
Unfortunately, not at this time. The sets come the fabric and pillows as featured in the online photography.
- My umbrella isn’t tilting, how do I use the tilt feature on my umbrella?
All of our umbrellas are auto-tilt. In order to activate it, use the crank to open the umbrella to the fullest. Then you can crank it once more so that it can tilt.
- Are your umbrellas made with Sunbrella Fabric too?
We have two different types of umbrellas, 10ft Market Umbrellas and Solar-Lit Umbrellas. While the Market Umbrellas are made with Sunbrella fabric, our new Solar-Lit Umbrellas are made with acrylic fabric. All umbrellas are residential use only; not designed for commercial use.
- How do I keep my fabric clean?
It's easier than you think! Usually, mild soap and water will do the trick. While some of our cushions have zippers, we do not recommend throwing your cushion covers in the wash!
