Our Return and Refund Policy

If product purchased from our site is damaged in shipment, please contact us and we'll be happy to replace whatever has been damaged at no charge. (info@aeoutdoor.com or 855-380-0915) If, within the first 30 days, you decide that the product just wasn't right for you, all we ask is that you contact us to get a return authorization, and that you return the product to us in the original packaging. Return shipment charges will apply. No additional restocking fee will be assessed. Full amount of purchase price, including any taxes, will be credited. Product Shipment & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days. We will provide a tracking number as soon as the product ships. Depending on the destination, orders can be delivered within 3-6 business days. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Product will be delivered outside, at the front of the driveway. Unpacking and disposal of shipping cartons is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Any deliveries in an apartment or above one flight of stairs will be assessed and may include an additional delivery fee.

Payment Processing

Credit card payments on our site are processed seamlessly through Stripe.com. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 qualified credit card service provider. This means they maintain the most stringent level of certification for the security of your personal information. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy. No additional fees are assessed when using this service.
