Product Warranty
All AE Outdoor Furniture has a limited frame and fabric warranty. What does this mean for you?
Note: Warranty valid only for residential use, not commercial use. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for warranty consideration. AE Outdoor reserves the right to replace defective parts, or refund monies at its sole discretion. In the case of discontinued models, an item of similar quality and style will be sent.

Frames
Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Frame failure that is the result of the product being dropped, acts of nature, or acts of misuse are not covered. Warranty does not cover scratches, chips, and dents or damage from normal wear and tear.
All-Weather Wicker
Our all-weather wicker is warranted against manufacturer defect and structural failure. Cracking and fading of wicker is covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, the elements, or fluid spills.
Resin Composite Materials
A few of our collections feature planks of composite resin as table surfaces or side panels in a chair. This material is warranted against cracking or fading for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover scratches, chips, and dents or damage from normal wear and tear.
Cushions
Cushions are warranted against manufacturing defects and excessive deformity under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not protect against softening that is expected with normal wear and tear or damage resulting from putting cover on or off of cushion.
Metal Finishes
Metal finishes are warranted against peeling, cracking, blistering, or fading for a period of one year. The warranty does not cover scratches, chips, and dents or damage from normal wear and tear. Fading resulting from exposure to the elements is not covered.
Solar Umbrellas
Our solar umbrellas are not designed with Sunbrella fabric. While the acrylic fabric on the solar umbrellas are durable and made to last outdoors, our warranty only covers the span of 90 days. This warranty protects against fabric becoming unserviceable due to normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. Pole frame failure that is the result of the product being dropped, acts of nature, or acts of misuse are not covered. Does not cover scratches, chips and dents or damage from normal wear and tear.
Sunbrella Fabric
We use high quality Sunbrella outdoor furniture fabrics for the construction of our cushions and pillows. There is a separate three year warranty provided through Sunbrella that protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. AE Outdoor is not liable under this warranty. Any claims submitted to AE Outdoor under this warranty will be forwarded to Sunbrella.
How to submit a warranty claim
To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service center within the warranty period and provide us with a copy of your receipt as proof of the purchase date. AE Outdoor reserves the right to request photographs of the defective item(s) or any other evidence, relating to a claim that is deemed necessary. Warranty claims for missing items must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may also contact us by emailing support@aceevert.com.
